How to book your Maternity session in Sydney?

BOOK
To secure your session, a 50% deposit is required. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can easily be transferred to another date—no stress, just flexibility.

TIMING
The best time to book your maternity session is between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, your belly has a lovely shape, and you’ll likely still be feeling comfortable and energised for the shoot.

TAILORED TO YOU
Every woman experiences pregnancy differently, which is why no two sessions are the same. Before the session, I’ll send you a short questionnaire so I can learn more about you, your style, and how you’d like to be photographed.
We’ll plan the shoot together—choosing locations, outfits, and the overall mood that feels right for you.

Sessions are relaxed, natural, and guided with gentle posing so you never feel awkward in front of the camera. Whether you want a peaceful, intimate feel or a romantic outdoor shoot with your partner, we’ll create images that are authentic and beautiful.

When should I book my maternity photo session?
The best time for your maternity shoot is between 28 and 34 weeks. Your belly is beautifully round, but you’ll still feel relatively comfortable moving around.
Can my partner or children join the shoot?
Absolutely! This is your family’s story, and partners or little ones are always welcome to join in. We’ll take some time to capture everyone together, as well as individual shots of you.
What should I wear for my maternity photos?
I always recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident and beautiful. Flowy dresses, neutral colours, or fitted gowns that highlight your bump work beautifully. You’re welcome to change outfits during the session too.
Where does the session take place?
Maternity sessions can take place outdoors in a scenic location (beach, park, or forest), or in your home for a more relaxed and intimate feel. I’ll help you choose the perfect spot based on your vision.
I’m not comfortable in front of the camera—will you help with posing?
Absolutely! Most of my clients aren’t models, and I gently guide you throughout the session with simple, flattering poses that look natural. My goal is to help you feel at ease so your confidence shines through.
What is photo-by-photo retouching?
Every image you select is individually retouched by hand using professional tools like Photoshop and Lightroom. That means I carefully smooth skin if need to without losing your natural charm.
